SPX will drop to 2100 before 2019?

There is a big divergence in SPX in the monthly graph

Some people say 2100 will be seen before the end of the year 2018
But if I add a Fibonacci retracement we could get 1540 – 61.8% Fibonacci or 78.4/88.6 around 920.
This crash will be bigger like happened in 1929 in my opinion, so 80-90% drop is possible.
The guy who analyzed the graph here think the SPX will hit 2100 before 2019
